Ingredients that are particular about the production area, such as vegetables procured from the chef's hometown Tokushima Prefecture, are also attractive. Born in 1971, from Tokushima prefecture. A father who ran a sushi restaurant. The name of the shop is "Ichimitsuzushi". Despite such an environment, it was a long time before I entered this world. At the age of 25, he started his career as an apprentice at a sushi restaurant without relying on his father. Having experienced the world of cooking, I decided to expand the range of dishes and finally open my own restaurant. The name I gave was "Ichimitsu".
